1) Who We Are

2) Acceptance; Electronic Records & Signatures (E‑SIGN)
By accessing the site, booking appointments, or enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to these Terms ("Terms") and consent to receive records electronically. Electronic signatures and records are valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in the program.
3) Professional Relationship & Scope of Services
We provide accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses, including tax advising and preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, tax representation (IRS and Florida Department of Revenue where permitted), accounting/CFO advisory, entity formation and compliance, and the full accounting cycle. Informational content is educational only and does not create a client relationship; a client relationship forms only after mutual execution of an engagement letter defining scope, deliverables, and fees. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
4) Mobile Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)
Program Name: Taxes 2 Go Alerts. Program Number: +1 939-221-0077 (10DLC). Purposes: transactional and informational notices (appointment reminders, document requests, portal/billing notices, service updates) and occasional promotions related to our services. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Availability may vary by carrier and location.
5) Opt‑In Consent & Eligibility
Enrollment methods include: (a) web form with a clear consent checkbox and link to these Terms/Privacy; (b) replying with an affirmative keyword (e.g., YES) to our invitation; (c) signing an engagement letter authorizing messaging; or (d) otherwise providing express consent. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6) Opt‑Out, Help & Preference Management
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will send a final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact support. We honor carrier‑standard keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT (to opt out) and HELP (for assistance). You may also email us to update your preferences or request removal.
7) Content Standards; Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the program lawfully and only for its intended purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: (a) content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or infringes rights; (b) high‑risk or restricted categories under carrier/industry rules (including but not limited to SHAFT categories and similar restricted content); (c) enrolling numbers you do not own or control; (d) circumventing opt‑out mechanisms; (e) sending sensitive personal data by SMS (see Section 11). We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected abuse or non‑compliance.
8) Consent Records; Compliance & Audits
You authorize us to maintain records of consent, opt‑out, and program interactions (timestamps, source, IP/device data where applicable) to comply with industry, carrier, and legal requirements. We may be required to share limited information with carriers/The Campaign Registry for compliance reviews.
9) Quiet Hours & Local Compliance
We endeavor to respect applicable messaging time‑of‑day restrictions and local requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate location/contact details so we can apply appropriate sending windows. We may throttle or defer delivery to comply with carrier or legal guidelines.
10) Carrier & Delivery Disclaimers
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery, timeliness, availability, or security of messages and are not responsible for filtering, blocking, or outages beyond our control.
11) Confidentiality; Sensitive Data via Secure Portal Only
Do not send sensitive personal information by SMS/MMS (e.g., SSN, ID numbers, full account or card numbers, bank logins, health data). Use our secure document portal or another secure method we authorize. We are not responsible for misdirected or intercepted transmissions sent contrary to our instructions.
12) Fees, Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks
Consultations already rendered are non‑refundable. For tax preparation and accounting projects, retainers are refundable only to the extent of unearned amounts; work performed and third‑party costs are non‑refundable. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve billing issues in good faith.
13) Intellectual Property
The site, program content, and branding are owned by Taxes 2 Go or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Personal, non‑commercial use only. No license is granted by implication or otherwise.
14) Disclaimers
THE SITE, THE MESSAGING PROGRAM, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Taxes 2 Go AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE MESSAGING PROGRAM, OR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $1,000 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID TO Taxes 2 Go FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. NOTHING HEREIN LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taxes 2 Go from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your (a) use of the site or messaging program; (b) breach of these Terms; or (c) infringement or violation of rights or laws.
17) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Class/representative actions and jury trial are waived. Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property. Small‑claims option available for qualifying claims.
18) Changes to the Program & Terms
We may change or suspend the messaging program or these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the effective date. Your continued enrollment after changes signifies acceptance.
